Mission Australian Groundwater Technologies (AGT) Pty Ltd aims to be a leader in developing groundwater as a major, exploitable and sustainable water resources. It aims to do this by the adoption and deployment of the most current and innovative groundwater technology solutions and in particular in the area of Aquifer Storage and Recovery (ASR). Background Australian Groundwater Technologies (AGT) Pty Ltd was founded in October 2000 as a specialist groundwater technology consulting company with a focus on aquifer management, artificial recharge (AR) and ASR techniques and methodologies. AGT has a commitment to be in the forefront of groundwater research and technology development. Our approaches are innovative and cost effective and we apply leading edge management solutions and technology to achieve maximum customer satisfaction in the pursuit of environmental best practice. In September 2004, Australian Groundwater Technologies Pty Ltd became a subsidiary of Mecrus Pty Ltd. A major benefit in AGT becoming a part Mecrus is the opportunity for AGT to more fully develop its capabilities in relation to ASR projects, while for Mecrus, the AGT business represents a new direction and a diversification from its current operations. Our Clients AGT’s philosophy is to work in close partnership with our clients by supplying highly professional and confidential support and technical services. In that the majority of our work continues to be on a referral basis, we believe that we are achieving this goal. Our client base consists of state agencies, local government, catchment management boards and private sector groups. Quality Policy AGT will work with all its clients and suppliers to continually improve the quality of its services for the benefit of all parties and to enhance the reputation of the company as a quality service provider. AGT will meet negotiated requirements and expectations of each and every client and ensure that all sub-contractors and suppliers engaged by AGT provides the same high standard. To this end we are engaged in the process of establishing quality systems to ISO9000 requirements. |
